Progressive sessions

If you have already joined us on one of our Intro to MTB courses or have already done some mountain biking and would now like to take your skills to the next level then this is the perfect session for you.

Progress your riding during these 2 hour fun; non intimidating; female-only; small group sessions of quality coaching around the trails at Ashton Court.  Each session will have a different focus enabling you to break down and practise different skills to help you develop your riding and increase enjoyment and flow on the trails while meeting some other awesome ladies along the way. 

Session 1 - Core Skills

Session 2 - Pumping

Session 3 - Cornering

We do ask that you have completed Session 1 - Core Skills before booking onto any of the other sessions.

What is included in the course :

• Morning TRIBE session 9.45am - 1pm

• 2hr mountain biking around the Nova Trail in Ashton Court, stopping along the way to focus on different skills

• Qualified MTB coach  

• Small group experience

• TRIBE host joining you for the duration

• Opportunity to regroup, refuel and reconnect after your ride
