You'll have time to experiment on your own bike to get familiar with what you ride and discuss the sometimes unique set up of individual makes and models.

Limit screws - what do they do and how to set them up
Cable tension - what does it do and how to adjust
B tension - what does it do and how to adjust
Please note that bike hire is not included for this course. If you wish to join the social ride after the course you will need your own bike or to hire one from Pedal Progression prior to the day.
