Fri 27th Sept - 9.45am til 12pm - Intro to Jumping - Leigh Woods Bristol
9.45am - 12pm
This course will be based at Leigh Woods, Bristol. We will meet in the main carpark by the picnic benches by the entrance to the bike trails.

This introductory course is for riders that are new to jumping or for people who lack confidence in the air. During the session we will cover pumping for height, manuals, wheel lifts and lip control. Learning to jump on a MTB is an advanced skill and takes time to master, so although we can't promise that participants will be able to clear jumps by the end of the session, we can promise they will understand the process involved, have some key takeaways, and know what to practice.
In order to understand the concepts better and get the most out of the session we would highly recommend you have completed the ‘Core Skills & Pumping’ session prior to this course ideally.
If you have any queries or concerns, please send us and email and we would happily discuss these with you.
The session will include a 1.5hr coached Intro to Jumping session followed by the chance to regroup at the end of the ride.
*Please note that bike hire is not included in these sessions but we can provide you with a discount bike hire voucher on booking. Please contact us for more details.*
