9.30am - 11.30am - Female only Bike Maintenance session

11.30am - 12.30pm - Social ride

12.30pm - 1pm - Post ride cuppa & cake

A 2 hr workshop for fellow female riders wishing to learn about basic bike maintenance and trail side repairs, such as;

  • Pre-ride safety checks

  • How to clean your bike effectively and which products to use

  • Puncture repairs (tubes and tubeless)

  • Chain repair

  • Basic trailside repairs

After the session there will be an optional social ride for riders who have previously been on the Intro to MTB course or are already confident riding the trails at Ashton Court or similar. Finishing off with the chance to grab a coffee / lunch for those that would like.

Please note that bike hire is not included for this course. If you wish to join the social ride after the course you will need your own bike or to hire one from Pedal Progression prior to the day.
